The authors consciously avoid theorethising and try to change the attitude towards the urban space though the local intervention. Created mobile element addresses the current function of embankments as transit zones and transforms them into public spaces. Designed object temporary turns the embankments into the place of private activities like an open-air picnic at the riverbank right in the city center. The set of rapid embankment reorganisation changes the status of the space and marks it as a location for potential public enjoyment.
